R&B star Faith Evans was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol on Saturday night, according to a report.
The "I'll Be Missing You" hitmaker was pulled over in Marina del Rey, Los Angeles by traffic cops, who suspected the singer had been drinking.
She was arrested and booked on a DUI charge, according to TMZ.com.
It's not the first of the singer's legal woes this year - was ordered to pay $360,000 in unpaid taxes to America's Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in March.
There was no official comment from Evans' representatives at press time.
