Blonde haired beauty Stephanie Pratt emphasized her baby blues with a matching colored dress at the "Runway" Magazine presents "What's Hot, What's New, What's Next in Fashion" event in Las Vegas on Tuesday.

The former "Hills" star walked the red carpet in a shimmery black and blue frock.

Stephanie recently confessed she used to pose as a married woman to get into nightclubs. On an upcoming episode of MTV show "When I Was 17," which airs Saturday at 11 a.m., she explains that she wore her mother's cocktail ring on her wedding finger to fool doormen.
