"Jersey Shore" newcomer Deena Nicole Cortese heads back to the cast SUV with fellow 'guidettes' Snooki, Jenni "J-Woww" Farley, and Sammi "Sweetheart" Giancola after going - wait for it - tanning in Seaside Heights, NJ.

What scares us more than fake tanning when it's perfectly nice outside is that there's a fifth guidette now.

Cortese, a former waitress, recently told EW.com how she landed a spot on the hit series.

"Well, me and [Snooki] have been friends for, like, two years now, and, you know, she needed a partner in crime, like, you know, on the show with her. She said she’s bored sometimes, and she was like, “You’re down on the shore all the time,” which I am, because I live 20 minutes from it. So I was like, “Yo, girl, I’m totally down to come with you. I’ll pack my bags. Let’s do this.”

"D-Nic" will be featured in the third season of the hit MTV show, which is currently filming.

Like, awesome.
