Paul McCartney Heading To 'Glee'?
Paul McCartney is set to receive the Glee treatment after the former Beatles star told the show's creator Ryan Murphy he is a huge fan of the series.
The all-singing, all-dancing series, about a high school show choir, has become a TV sensation since launching last year and artists including Madonna and Lady Gaga have allowed their songs to be used in special episodes. And McCartney could be next after sending a letter to co-creator Murphy to profess his love for the show.
Murphy tells the Associated Press, "I was gobsmacked. I grew up with that guy. So, of course, we are going to do something."
Britney Spears will also receive the Glee treatment in the next season, with a whole episode dedicated to the Toxic hit-maker.
