America Ferrera showed off her good child bearing hips at the New York International Latino Film Festival on Tuesday. The former "Ugly Betty" star was all curves in a tight purple dress at the premiere of her film "Dry Land."

The newly engaged star recently visited U.S. troops serving in the Middle East as part of a morale-boosting charity trip. She signed autographs and posed for pictures with the service men and women in conjunction with The United Service Organizations (USO).

Ferrera admits the experience was made more poignant because of her role in "Dry Land" in which she plays the wife of a soldier who has recently come home from war.
