Demi Lovato hosted "Shop Til You Rock" on Saturday at Glendale Galleria in California. The 18-year-old Disney star looked age appropriate in a black leather skirt, beige shirt, fringed vest and gladiator sandals.

The "Sonny With A Chance" star hasn't resorted to progressing her career by slutting herself up (yet!) and is even looking to land more daredevil film roles.

She explains, "I want to be able to play more serious parts. I think it would be awesome to play an Angelina Jolie-type role in an action movie."
