Earlier this week Blake Lively went to the set of "Gossip Girl" in Manhattan wearing navy shorts and a blue shirt. Her bodyguard helped her across a puddle in the street as she struggled in her wedge sandals.

We also spotted the sexy starlet in a long, flowing black and white gown that was cinched at the waist and neck with blue beading.

FHM online users recently named Blake the fifth "Sexiest Woman in the World."

She was beaten out by Britney Spears, Kristen Stewart, Megan Fox and Marisa Miller.
