Naomi Campbell will have a double celebration on the French Riviera when she celebrates her 40th birthday on Saturday - the date also marks the anniversary of her romance with Russian tycoon Vladimir Doronin.

The billionaire businessman is throwing a weekend-long party for the British supermodel - exactly one year to the day he became her boyfriend.

Doronin has sworn friends to secrecy over his plans and has told some special guests that the birthday bash will be full of surprises. Guests are expected to fly in from all over the world.

And what to buy the woman who literally has everything she wants - she just wants to be a better person.

The once temperamental diva insists therapy is helping her start her 40s in a much calmer place: "I go to meetings... I'm a work in progress... I wanna do better, I wanna be a better person. I'm not proud of the things I've done in my life and I'm striving to be a better person, to find peace."
