Kirsten DunstActress Kirsten Dunst will return to the witness stand next week when a man accused of stealing her purse is retried in New York for burglary.

The Spider-Man star testified against James Jimenez last year after he allegedly stole her designer bag during a 2007 break-in at the SoHo Grand Hotel in Manhattan. Jimenez was convicted on a misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in October, but members of the jury failed to reach a verdict on charges of felony burglary.

The 35-year-old suspect appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday but refused to take a plea deal, prompting the presiding judge to set a retrial for Monday, reports the New York Post.

Dunst, who was shooting How to Lose Friends & Alienate People at the time of the burglary, is expected to be called to give another testimony during the new trial.
