Matt Damon's children are unaware their dad is a famous movie star - because they're so used to seeing themselves on screen as a result of new technology.
 
"The Bourne Identity" star wants to keep his children in the dark about his Hollywood status for as long as possible. His 11-year-old stepdaughter, Alexia, has seen Damon in a couple of his movies and understands he acts for a living.
 
However, he is thankful technology such as iPhones and BlackBerrys are duping his younger children with wife Luciana - three-year-old Isabella and Gia, one.
 
He says, "The 11 year old obviously knows. She hasn't seen all the movies but has seen enough to know that's what I do. The little ones don't have any idea - we're trying to keep it that way."

"It's more and more possible now with the prevalence of video cameras and technology, iPhones and BlackBerrys. Kids are used to seeing their own images on screens. So when they see me on a screen, it kind of makes sense for them: 'Yeah, he's on that TV and I'm on this laptop.'"
