Whitney Houston's Onstage Birthday Surprise For Daughter
Whitney Houston surprised her daughter Bobbi Kristina during her show in Australia on Wednesday - pulling her onstage to a rendition of Happy Birthday from the 12,000-strong crowd.
The teen turned on Thursday 17th and her singer mom decided to treat her only child to a birthday she'd never forget during her performance at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Dedicating her track Who Would Imagine a King to the teen, Houston then pulled Bobbi Kristina onstage to the chorus of Happy Birthday, and unveiled a cake for her daughter. And that wasn't the singer's only birthday treat for the teen - Houston reportedly hired a boat to cruise around Sydney Harbor earlier this week.
A source tells People.com, "They rented a beautiful boat and took a four-hour cruise all around Sydney Harbor with Krissy's friends, the dancers and family members. That was the pre-birthday celebration. The cake at the concert was a complete surprise to Krissy. She had no idea!"
