Kelly Osbourne has lashed out at rumors her recent weight loss is due to drastic surgery, insisting she could never go under the knife due to her former drug addictions. The reality TV star has been showing off a new slimline figure recently, and was furious to read online gossips believed her new shape was the result of surgery.
She's taken to her column in Britain's Closer magazine to blast the allegations, revealing the only time she has been in a surgeon's office is with her mother, Sharon. And she insists she would never risk having cosmetic surgery for fear she would become hooked on the pain medication.
Osbourne writes, "I'm so angry there are rumors going around that I've had fillers in my lips, or liposuction on my legs. Someone even said I've had a gastric bypass! I have 100 per cent not had any of that. I've lost weight from my face, and that's why it looks different."
"I can say with confidence that the only time I've been in a plastic surgeon's office was with my mum (Sharon), and though I wouldn't rule it out when I'm older, right now I couldn't even do it if I wanted because of my past addictions - I couldn't take the medication they put you on. The rumors are ridiculous. They send out the wrong message because I've shaped up working hard for months - it wasn't a quick fix!"
The 25 year old has previously admitted to being a "full-blown drug addict" when she shot to fame in The Osbournes and confessed to having collagen in her lips to get her hands on painkillers.
