Duff McKagan Joins Jane's Addiction
Former Guns N' Roses rocker Duff McKagan has replaced Eric Avery in the reunited Jane's Addiction.
Avery co-founded the band in the mid-1980s and rejoined frontman Perry Farrell for a 2008 reunion.
He announced his plans to quit via a Twitter.com post on Monday, stating, "With equal parts regret and relief, the Jane's Addiction experiment is at an end."
And the group already has his replacement planned - McKagan will join them in the studio for their comeback album.
