Gossip Girl star Matthew Settle has sparked rumors his marriage is in trouble after he was snapped out in New York without his wedding ring. The actor, 40, wed model Naama Nativ in 2006 and the couple welcomed its first child together, daughter Aven, last March.

However, Settle failed to wear his wedding ring during nights out in the Big Apple on Thursday and Friday, where he was attending New York Fashion Week, and was also spotted with a mystery lady at Manhattan club SL on Saturday night.

And now UsMagazine.com claims Settle and Nativ have split for good and are heading for divorce. A source tells the website, "Divorce is imminent. The marriage was difficult for him. His priority now is his daughter."

A representative for Settle had yet to respond to requests for a comment as WENN went to press.
