An all-star collaboration of R.E.M.'s "Everybody Hurts" for earthquake-stricken Haiti has set a new record after becoming the U.K.'s fastest-selling charity single this century. In addition to Mariah, Leona Lewis & Susan Boyle performed on the cover track.

The bad news is Mariah was recently nominated as the decade's worst actress by the Razzie Awards. She shares the "honor" with Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, and Paris Hilton. Hmmmm...maybe that proves singers shouldn't try to act?
