Brooke Mueller Moving Back In With Charlie Sheen
The husband and wife have been separated by a protection order since the incident, but they were allowed to fly back to Los Angeles together after the ban was modified at the hearing, according to Mueller's lawyer Yale Galanter.
He tells E! Online, "Brooke's desire was to get the order modified so they could have contact and communicate because of their children. Judge Boyd was gracious enough to grant that and now Charlie and Brooke are on their way back to L.A. to continue their lives. We need to give them a chance to be alone and catch up on everything that has happened over the last couple of months. We'll see what happens."
The attorney admits his client is eager to reconcile with the Two And A Half Men star for the sake of their twin baby sons.
He adds, "Brooke very badly wanted to have contact with Charlie. There are many children's issues that she wanted to communicate with him about... They have two gorgeous beautiful babies together."
