Ryan Seacrest's Alleged Stalker Pleads Not Guilty Again
Chidi Uzomah, a Special Forces reserve for the U.S. Army, was charged in November with a felony count of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of violating a court order after he was found wielding a knife at Seacrest's Los Angeles office.
The 25 year old pleaded not guilty to the charges at a hearing in L.A. on November 3rd, but was arraigned again on Tuesday after the case was moved to a different court.
Seacrest has been awarded a protective order against Uzomah, which bans him from going within 500 yards of the TV presenter.
Uzomah is due back in court on March 9th for a pre-trial hearing and faces up to four years behind bars if convicted, according to E! Online.
