Mary-Kate & Ashley Olsen have launched a competition to help budding fashion designers showcase their skills. The twins are offering one lucky fan the chance to help create a piece for their latest clothing collection, Olsenboye, which is available through JCPenney.

The contest, launched in connection with the store, urges aspiring fashion stars aged between 13 and 21 to submit an original clothing design, which will then be voted on by the public.

The winner will see their sketch included in a future Olsenboye collection; they will also be flown to New York City to meet the Olsens and given a $1,000 spending spree at JCPenney.
