Tito Jackson Threatened With Lawsuit Over Failed Concert Tito Jackson has been threatened with legal action over allegations he was paid $7,500 for a Michigan concert he never performed. According to concert promoter Roy Isaac, Jackson agreed to play a tribute gig for his late brother Michael in the U.S. state following the superstar's death last year. Isaac claims he handed over $7,500 to the Jackson 5 star but insists the concert plans never came to fruition.

Now, Isaac has fired off a letter to Jackson's representatives warning the star he has 30 days to repay the fee or he will face a lawsuit, according to TMZ.com.

However, Jackson's spokesperson tells the website Tito never received the money, and that Isaac will have to contact the star's former booking agent.

It's not the only legal problem Jackson has faced since the beginning of 2010 - he is currently at the center of another lawsuit launched by a man who appeared in the singer's recent U.K. documentary. A former bodyguard has filed suit alleging The Jacksons Are Coming, about the famous family's search for a British home, was a "distortion of true facts."
