Christina Milian Sued Over Dog AttackChristina Milian is facing legal action from an 81-year-old neighbor, who alleges the R&B singer's dog brutally attacked him in 2008. Leo Skolion filed legal papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court earlier this month, claiming the Dip It Low hit-maker is responsible for negligence and causing the attack which left him with "severe personal injuries."

In the documents, Skolion explains he approached Milian to discuss her home's "flooding problems," which allegedly left a gate between their properties damaged.

However, he alleges one of the star's dogs escaped and took "a huge chunk" out of the back of his arm, leaving him in need of 19 stitches. Skolion claims he is still receiving psychiatric help for depression and fear as a result of the attack.

He is suing Milian, as well as her mom, Carmen, and sister, Danielle, for an undisclosed amount, according to TMZ.com.
