Actress Billie Piper always jumps in the shower when she finishes filming scenes for Secret Diary Of A Call Girl - because playing a high-class hooker makes her feel filthy.

The former singer portrays real-life escort girl Belle de Jour in the hit TV show and even though the role leaves her feeling "dirtier," she loves shooting the sexually-charged scenes.

However, when the cameras stop rolling, Piper always wants to scrub up before attending to her 15-month-old son Winston.

She says, "You feel a bit dirtier at the end of the day and like you need a shower before you feed your child. Surely I should be at home with my child singing songs about farmyard animals, not pretending to be in bed with a dirty old man? I did have days where I thought, 'I can't do this any more. It's too wrong!' But it's such fun to film!"
