Singer Michel'le Toussaint is taking her ex-husband Marion 'Suge' Knight to court over child support payments.

Toussaint, a former artist on Knight's Death Row Records, was married briefly to the fallen rap mogul in 1997 and the couple has a daughter together, named Bailel.

In the court documents, obtained by TMZ.com, the former millionaire now earns just $1,307 a month, meaning under California law Toussaint can only receive $302 every four weeks for the four year old.

Last year, she took Knight to court seeking over $40,000 in court-ordered spousal support payments, and requested a bankruptcy judge ensure Knight - who declared he was broke in 2006 - continues to honor the monthly $13,000 installments previously awarded to her by a divorce court.

Toussaint also has a son with rap star Dr. Dre.
