Actor Johnathon Schaech is set to marry "One Tree Hill" star Jana Rae Kramer, after a surprise holiday proposal last week. Schaech, who was married to Christina Applegate before the two divorced in 2007, asked Kramer to be his new wife during the couple's holiday vacation in his hometown of Edgewood, Maryland.

He tells People.com, "It was the best present ever. It was the happiest moment of my life. I can't wait to make Jana my wife and have a family."

The couple started dating while co-starring in the 2008 thriller "Prom Night".
