Paris Hilton has dismissed rumors she's been hosting a string of wild parties with boyfriend Doug Reinhardt following noise complaints from neighbors - she's blaming his roommate for the trouble.

The couple has been hit by rumors of a rift between Reinhardt and his fellow residents in the Hollywood Hills after loud parties at the property, with some reports alleging police have been called to the house on several occasions. Cops were also said to have been called to break up a screaming argument between the couple in October.

However, Hilton is adamant she and her boyfriend haven't been causing any noise at the property, because they spend most of their time at the socialite's complex in Sherwood Oaks, California - and she's placing the blame on Reinhardt's housemate.

She tells Britain's Hello! Magazine, "That's not true. Doug lives in the Hollywood Hills and there have been all these stories that we're moving out because the neighbors have complained about all the loud parties we have."

"We've probably spent two nights together there in his place, he always comes to my house as all my animals are here and I don't like to leave them alone. Doug's roommate has a girlfriend so I can only assume the rumors are about them, but it's more interesting for people to believe it's us and that's usually what gets reported."
