Rachel McAdamsActress Rachel McAdams doesn't own a TV. The Notebook star has always steered clear of buying a television - because she worries she'll do nothing but sit and stare at it all day.

McAdams, who appears in the new Sherlock Holmes film, explains, "The problem for me is it's like my crack - 'Don't put cookies in the cupboard because you can't not have them all the time' - so I have a problem... I am amazingly in the dark sometimes."
