Claudia Schiffer Travelers stranded in a stalled train were left fuming when supermodel Claudia Schiffer was whisked away in a private car while they remained stuck onboard.

Passengers going from Paris to London by rail on Saturday faced a holiday nightmare when their train suffered an electrical failure in the cold weather, leaving over 2,000 people stranded in the undersea Channel Tunnel for hours.

Those stuck in a train car with Schiffer were further infuriated after the blonde beauty was given special treatment - she was allowed to get off at Folkestone, England, where a car was waiting to take her to her London home.

Parisian traveller Gregoire Sentilhes says, "We spent the night inside the tunnel. At 6am we were taken out of the train by firemen. We walked for around a mile with our luggage. We went into another Eurostar train and we have been trapped on it since, going back and forth inside the tunnel.

"People are angry, frustrated and worried. People are having panic attacks because of the lack of air. One couple was trying to get to their son's wedding, which was at 11 this morning. Claudia Schiffer was also on the train but a car came right by the train to pick her up from the entrance to the tunnel. Nothing for the other 2,000 people though."

A representative for Eurostar trains, says, "She travels anonymously so I can't confirm it."
