Randy Quaid hotel billRandy Quaid and his wife Evi are wanted by police in California after skipping a fifth court date stemming from an unpaid hotel bill. The "Kingpin" star and his spouse were due to appear before a judge on Tuesday to answer charges relating to an unsettled $10,000 bill from the luxury San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California.

But they failed to turn up to court and have now become felony fugitives after the presiding judge issued warrants for their arrest.

The couple's bail has been set at $40,000 each - double the amount of their last bond.

The Quaids posted $20,000 each in September following their arrest in Marfa, Texas, and they paid the same amount in California in November after missing their fourth court date.

The couple was due to be arraigned on charges of burglary, defrauding an innkeeper and conspiracy during Tuesday's planned hearing.
