Country star Brad Paisley exposed his tourmate Kellie Pickler's secret boob job, by screening before and after shots of the sexy star to thousands of concert fans.

Pickler has refused to confirm she went under the knife after appearing on TV talent show American Idol, despite a dramatic change in her appearance.

Paisley grew convinced Pickler had a bigger bust when she toured with him in 2008 and decided to let their fans decide for themselves on her last night on the road.

He reveals, "It was her last show, so we produced a video. We called it, 'You be the judge.' We showed photos of her before and after 'American Idol' and just asked if anything was different. As most of you know, cosmetically, something is different. She had to walk out onstage to it (the photos)."
