David Hasselhoff's ex-wife Pamela Bach has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) following her arrest in California last month. The actress pulled over by police Van Nuys on November 28th and failed a breathalyzer test. Bach's blood alcohol level (BAC) was clocked at .14 and .13.

She was charged on Thursday with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with a BAC of .08 or higher.

Bach is also facing a lawsuit filed by an alleged victim of an earlier drunk driving accident in March. She was sentenced to probation for the March accident, after pleading no contest to drunk driving.

She faces a minimum of five days in jail if convicted.
