Pete Doherty has been arrested in Germany after smashing a car window, according to reports. The troubled rocker, who has just finished touring Germany, was held by police after allegedly throwing a glass at a parked vehicle outside the Trinkteufel bar in Berlin, Germany on Saturday.

Britain's Daily Mail reports the Babyshambles frontman had been thrown out of another bar earlier.

A barman at Trinkteufel tells German newspaper Bild, "They'd (Doherty and two companions) been tossed out of a bar. I almost threw Pete out too. He was drinking shots and constantly asking where to get cocaine."

The rock star was booked for property damage and spent three hours in custody.

It's certainly not the first time the star has run into trouble with the law - he was arrested in England in July for driving drunk and drug possession.

And just a month earlier, he was arrested in an airport in Switzerland after he was suspected of taking drugs in an airplane toilet.
