Amy Adams has confirmed she's expecting her first child with fiance Darren Legallo. The Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian star's baby news leaked to the media on Friday, and Adams has revealed she's excited about the idea of becoming a mother.

In an interview to promote her upcoming film Leap Year, Adams told reporters, "I feel great. I’m feeling really good. I'm excited, nervous and excited."

She refused to discuss her due date, but revealed she's in her second trimester.

Adams and Le Gallo announced their engagement in July 2008.
