Reality TV star Tila Tequila has sparked fears for her health after she stripped naked and pulled out a gun in a bizarre online show.

Tequila danced naked and dubbed her ex-boyfriend, football star Shawne Merriman, a "woman beater" in the video, which was posted on her Ustream.tv page in the early hours of Thursday. During the live stream she also removed a tampon, masturbated and showed off a gun, according to PerezHilton.com.

Tequila told viewers, "I am an angel because I am here to save the world with my army. People call me an attention whore... but excuse me I'm a grown a** woman and I'm confident in myself ...I think a woman's body is a beautiful thing... that's why I'm a lesbian... I was born naked... anybody who is against that is gay and in denial."

The bisexual star of VH1 show A Shot at Love was hospitalized in September after an alleged altercation with Merriman, who was accused of choking and attacking her during a heated argument. Charges weren't filed against the football player, due to insufficient evidence - but Tequila is suing him for $1.5 million.

She confessed last month she has suffered depression since the clash and left fans fearing she'd take her own life after posting a cryptic suicide note online.
