Pop star Aaron Carter is in trouble with the tax man - he has been hit with a staggering $1 million bill.

The singer, who was recently eliminated from TV talent show Dancing With The Stars, is facing a massive payment from built up back taxes.

Papers filed in a Los Angeles court on Monday show the star allegedly owes $1,010,635 to the U.S. government, according to TMZ.com.
