Supernatural star Jensen Ackles, 31, proposed to his longtime girlfriend Danneel Harris, 30, star of One Tree Hill, according to TVGuide.com.

The couple has been friends for nearly a decade and co-starred together in the 2007 romantic comedy "Ten Inch Hero." They have been dating for three years.

Daneel made Maxim Magazine's "Hot 100" list in 2007. Jensen got his start on the daytime soap Days Of Our Lives, winning a Best Male Newcomer award from Soap Opera Digest and getting nominated for a Daytime Emmy three times.
