Slideshows Hot or Not? TV Recaps Fashion Interviews Celeb Birthdays
It starts out with Ariel driving her sisters to school and getting into a horrible accident. A truck forces them into the road. Allison wakes up and it seems to just be a scared mom dream, but then she gets a call saying Ariel was actually in an accident. A young girl from Ariel's school was trying to drive and got distracted by a cat. She ran into Ariel's car and it is now wrecked. The girl and her mother are both profusely sorry for it, and they exchange insurance. Everything seems hunky dory, but now Allison needs to rent her own car.
There's only one available car for her and it's an ominous but attractive black one. She likes all the special gadgets in it, including GPS and a blue tooth speaker. Lee asks her to meet him at a weird bomb site, and she envisions someone testing out a pretty massive bomb on a doll. There is nothing too peculiar about it, so she goes back to her car. While Allison rocks out to "YMCA," suddenly the music changes to voices and she can hear people in other cars talking. She hears a scared man ask someone in his car to put the gun away, and follows the car she thinks it is coming from, but loses it a few moments later. The next day that same guy shows up at a bank with a bomb strapped to him.
Allison arrives at the scene and insists that the guy is being forced into it by someone else. She meets the bomb squad leader Patrick Wilkes who assures her they'll figure it out, and asks her to leave the area so she can be safe. Right then and there my warning flag went up, because I watch this show too much. As she's driving away she hears Wilkes talk to the robber and they try to handle the bomb. It goes off anyway and kills the robber, but Wilkes survives. Allison then has a dream about the man who made the bomb with the dummy, and gets his name down. And yet ... is he a red herring?
Yes! Allison dreams that Wilkes is the robber, he was sent in and left the guy there while he put the money in special accounts. Then he set the bomb off and got away with it. Devalos and Lee say there's no way to really prove it, plus the accounts were all closed by a pretty woman that day. Luckily it all comes together, because Allison rented the same car that the evil woman did! She has the address of the culprit still in her GPS and fingerprints on the woman's CD which fell under the seat. Take that, Wilkes. Allison decides to buy the car since her old one can't be repaired.
