Ojani Noa, who was married to the star between 1997 and 1998, is preparing a satirical documentary, entitled How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, which includes footage the couple shot during their honeymoon, which shows Lopez in sexual situations. Lopez is claiming breach of contract and suing her ex for $10 million in damages, citing a confidentiality agreement he signed before their wedding promising not to publish details of their relationship.
She won the first round of her battle on Monday when Los Angeles Superior Court judge James Chalfant agreed to issue a temporary ban. Another hearing on the matter is scheduled for Tuesday, when a judge will decide whether to make the injunction permanent.
It's not the first time Lopez has taken legal action against Noa - she sued him after he tried to publish a book about their marriage and won $545,000 for breach of contract.
The Selena star married singer Marc Anthony in 2004 and they are now parents to twins.
