Michael Lohan has been tipped over the edge by his daughter Lindsay's latest allegations - he's threatened to release more tapes to prove she is lying.

The Mean Girls actress launched an attack on her father after he leaked her tearful phone conversations to the press on Wednesday. Taking to her account on micro-blogging website Twitter.com, she blasted his parenting skills and alleged he cheated on her mother Dina and threatened to kill her if she left him.

The claims have enraged her father, who is now set to release further recordings to shame the star.

He tells New York gossip column PageSix, "That's a lie. I guess Lindsay is on more drugs than I thought to say something like that. Now I'm going to release more recordings that prove everything she is saying is nothing more than a bunch of lies."

"No wonder why God is taking her entire career away from her. Because she's forsaken everything He's given her and she's done nothing but misuse all the gifts she's given."
