The British pop star recently admitted she is obsessed with the HBO vampire show "True Blood" and is hoping to swap the concert stage for the small screen by sinking her teeth into her first acting role.

Last month a man attacked her at a book signing, and Leona needed medical treatment for a cut across her temple. Brit Simon Cowell commented, "I was stunned anyone would want to attack her. We need to make sure she is protected."
