Chris Brown's album "Graffiti" is now set to be released on December 8. The debut single "I Can Transform Ya" is Top 10 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip Hop urban mainstream and rhythm radio airplay charts, and the “I Can Transform Ya” video is # 1 on the iTunes music videos chart this week and is in heavy rotation on MTV and MTV Jams.

The "Graffiti" release, originally scheduled for a Dec. 15 drop, comes on the heels of Brown's upcoming "Fan Appreciation Tour" which begins November 14 in Houston, Texas.

Brown was sentenced in August to five years' probation, six months of community labor and a year of domestic violence counseling after he pleaded guilty to felony assault in the attack on Rihanna. Rihanna will tell all about her beating at the hands her ex-boyfriend on "Good Morning America" on Thursday and again in TV special "20/20" on Friday night.
