Miley Cyrus shocked Halloween revelers in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday night after delivering a surprise rock 'n' roll performance at a local bar.

The 16-year-old star was in town to play a concert at the city's Freedom Hall and was still wearing face paint from her trick-or-treat festivities when she took the stage at the Phoenix Hill Tavern Bar at midnight.

A video posted on TMZ.com shows Cyrus jamming with fellow revelers dressed up as zombies and glam rockers for her rendition of "I Love Rock 'n' Roll."

Cyrus reportedly left shortly after the performance.
