Henry Ian Cusick Settles Harassment CaseLost star Henry Ian Cusick has settled out of court with a female crew member who accused the actor of sexual harassment.

Cusick, who stars as Desmond in the hit series, faced legal action from Chelsea Stone in April after allegedly caressing her buttocks and back while the pair worked on the show. The documents, filed at a Los Angeles court, stated that Stone had been fired from her production role just days after the alleged incident.

She was seeking unspecified damages from Cusick as well as co-defendants ABC and Grass Skirt Productions, the network and production company behind Lost.

However, the pair has decided to settle out of court for an unknown amount, according to TMZ.com.

The terms of the settlement are reportedly confidential.
