Kirsten DunstKirsten Dunst's purse theft trial is heading back to court after a jury failed to convict the man accused of snatching her belongings.

James Jimenez was convicted of a misdemeanor criminal trespass charge at the beginning of the month, but members of the jury failed to reach a verdict on charges of felony burglary.
