The producers of hit musical series Glee have been given the ultimate endorsement from Madonna - the pop superstar has given her personal approval for an all-Material Girl episode.

The show, which chronicles the lives and loves of a group of talented teens, has featured the hits of Rihanna, Amy Winehouse, Usher and Kanye West, among others - and now Madonna's music will run throughout an entire episode, which is devoted to the singer.

Madonna has granted the producers permission to use her entire catalogue of music, according to EW.com.
