T.I. Urges Girlfriend To Stay HomeIncarcerated rapper T.I. has urged his girlfriend Tameka 'Tiny' Cottle to stay at home, amid fears she could be caught up in a wave of violence hitting the couple's friends.

The pair has lost two close pals in recent months - Cottle's former Xscape band mate Kandi Burruss was left devastated when her fiancé Ashley 'AJ' Jewell was killed following a bust-up in an Atlanta, Georgia strip-club earlier this month.

Another close pal, former world champion boxer Vernon Forrest, was shot dead by thieves in July. Cottle reveals she rarely leaves her home these days, following advice from her husband, who is currently serving a 366-day sentence for illegal weapons possession.

She tells AllHipHop.com, "I talk to him about a little of everything, just things going on. He hears things and we talk about it. He wants me to stay out the way, me being out of harm's way. I know it's a lot of crazy things going on so I try to stay in as much as possible because I don't have him here. So I come out only when it's necessary. I stay out the way."

"But he even said it was a terrible situation that AJ (Ashley Jewell) had to lose his life like that. Him not knowing the situation and what's going on he really can't speak on it."
