Lindsay Lohan could be hauled back to jail amid allegations she has violated the terms of her probation for a 2007 driving under the influence (DUI) charge.

The "Mean Girls" actress was sentenced to 24 hours in prison, 10 days of community service and ordered to complete an alcohol education program after pleading no contest to cocaine possession and DUI.

She served just 84 minutes in prison and was placed on three years' probation.

But Lohan has been accused of breaking the terms of her probation by allegedly failing to abide by the rules of the alcohol education course, reports TMZ.com.

She is expected to appear before a Los Angeles judge for a progress report, but sources tell the website Lohan could have her probation revoked and she'll be thrown behind bars if the allegations prove to be true.
