Michael Jackson's Kids Not Starring In Reality Show
A&E network was set to focus their cameras on the Jackson family for a show called The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty. The series, was due to air in December and was originally intended to feature Katherine and Joe Jackson and their children, Michael's siblings.
However, plans were changed so Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and seven-year-old Prince Michael II, aka 'Blanket', also appear, according to Us Weekly magazine.
But now Katherine Jackson tells TMZ.com Michael would never want his kids to appear on TV, much less on a reality show. She says her son went to great lengths to protect the kids from TV cameras, often shielding them with masks.
Janet Jackson is thought to be behind the kids' inclusion - which has angered her elder sister Rebbie. A source tells the publication, "(Rebbie) feels Michael would spin in his grave if he knew his kids would be involved."
Producer Jodi Gomez refuses to confirm the reports, only revealing nearly two dozen Jacksons feature in the show.
Gomez tells Us Weekly, "We have 23 cast members with the last name Jackson. They've done a great job opening up about losing a brother."
