In the film, a wily fox uses his formidable cunning to outsmart three feeble-minded farmers who resort to extreme tactics to protect their chickens in director Wes Anderson's animated adaptation of the popular Roald Dahl children's book. Clooney voices the part of Mr. Fox.

Sources say George is so smitten with his European girlfriend he has bought her a string of gifts - including a gem of a ring. Friends insist the Cartier diamond is not an engagement ring, but it is a sign his romance with Canalis is getting serious.
