Sex and the City: The Movie hunk Gilles Marini is playing the cad in a new Playboy magazine photospread.

The actor poses in suits by Tom Ford, Bottega Veneta and Ermenegildo Zegna, treating women appallingly in the arty fashion spread, inspired by the movie "Room Service."

In one cut-off shot, it appears married Marini is being pleasured orally in an elevator, while in another he forces a scantily-clad woman to change a tyre on his sports car, while he sips coffee.

In a third shot, a blindfolded woman kneels poolside while Marini attempts to balance a cocktail on her forehead.
