Mad Men star Christina Hendricks has married her fiancé Geoffrey Arend in New York.

The couple, who were introduced by Hendricks' Mad Men co-star Vincent Kartheiser, became engaged last December.

They finally tied the knot in a simple ceremony at Manhattan restaurant Il Buco on Sunday.

Talking about the wedding earlier this year, Hendricks admitted she wanted to keep the event low-key: "We really wanted it to be filled with our absolute best friends and our family. We didn't want to spread ourselves too thin and we really wanted it to have a warm environment, so we kept it with the tightest people."
