'The Vampire Diaries' Recap: 'You're Undead To Me'
Stefan convinced Elena to trust him again by telling her about himself and his pasts. Hearing Stefan talk about Katherine, good and bad, might have been one of the one of the strongest points in an already better than average episode. Stefan and Elena might have briefly been in a trusting relationship, but an old man recognized that Stefan hadn't aged and Elena saw footage of Stefan at crime scene in the 1950s. Elena put every weird incident between the two of them together and then she confronted Stefan about her suspicions.

Bonnie managed to splash a mean girl using only her witch powers. She even started a fire but it took Stefan pulling her out of a trance to stop it. He agreed not to tell anyone and Bonnie went to her grandmother for help with what was happening to her. On a show with vampires, Bonnie's witch storyline somehow seems less believable. The Bonnie segment wasn't helped by the fact that her grandmother was clearly young enough to play her mom. Maybe that's one of the other powers Bonnie possesses, the inability to age.
Vicki and Jeremy were happy together for about a day before she stole Elena's leftover pain pills and he got mad at her. After Damon attacked her so viciously, it looked like Jeremy might lose another person close to him.
It would have been convenient Caroline to tell her mom about what happened with Damon, but the adults will figure out who the vampires are eventually. Aunt Jenna's ex Logan managed to get the watch out of Jeremy's room, so next week should bring answers for why the watch is so important. Also on next week's agenda, Damon shows up to scare Elena after she finds out the truth from Stefan.
